At their annual Pacesetters event, American Express Global Business Travel set out to celebrate their top 3% of employees and connect with 60+ strategic partners—all in a way that felt fresh, unforgettable, and full of energy.

XDA partnered with the AmexGBT team to turn recognition into an experience worthy of their best. From strategy to production, we designed a multi-day celebration that made every employee feel like the main event—and every partner feel right at home.

We delivered high-impact moments at every turn: a massive LED stage for general sessions, packed with keynote moments and surprise giveaways; a reimagined showcase with interactive booths, retro games, and a money machine; and six themed parties featuring champagne skirts, stilt walkers, laser shows, and live music.

In true XDA fashion, we didn’t just throw a party—we brought the house down. Recognition never looked (or felt) so good.
