At XDA, we’ve always been proud of our work and the awards we’ve earned — Ex Awards, EDTA's, Clios, BizBash, ANAs, Anvils — you name it, we’ve won it. But in 2022, we set out to celebrate our work like never before. We wanted to take the contagious joy of winning, bottle it, and then chug. As our first fully “back to live” year, and with a shiny new rebrand to boot, we were eager to share, celebrate and spark a winning spirit within our agency culture.

Enter, The Casies. An internal awards competition that shines a light on our work, storytelling and collaboration. Over the course of the year, teams submitted their Casies to memorialize a job well done. And in December, the entire staff voted on the most compelling brand experiences of the year, which were announced in a quirky hybrid award show gala that commemorated the winners and recognized the hard work of the entire XDA team. It was an hour of shining stars, proud moments, and team love.

‍Corporate, but Cool // Cisco Live 

‍This award is for rethinking the way corporate experiences are done. B2B experiences offer opportunity for gloss, artistry, and sometimes— not always— reinvention. The Cisco Live brand embodies this idea and 2022 delivered with epic live performances, compelling keynotes and a whole lot more. Full project story here.

Made for fans, by fans, this award celebrates our consumer programs. The competition was tough on this one, but the massive global endeavor the Rick and Morty team pulled off took the cake.
