The Casies are XDA’s internal awards competition and culture celebration, recognizing great work, storytelling, and collaborative spirit. 

For the 4th annual hybrid show the team pulled out all of the stops: a legendary riff on ’Twas the Night Before Christmas performed by none other than Mikhail Arzumanov. A commercial break by our Downton Abbeys—Abby Walter and Abby Brown—left the crowd in stitches with a side of pinkies up. But nothing could prepare us for the newsbreak from Beth Peters, who was prepared for a serious storm of work.

Aside from these hilarious antics, there were some exciting award announcements. The entire staff voted on their favorites across 3 categories: Corporate but Cool (Best B2B), Fan Fave (Best B2C), and The X Award (Best Full-Team Collaboration).

New to the ceremony: the On the Marc Award

Created in memory of our friend and colleague Marc LeJay, the On the Marc Award celebrates the teammate who leads with heart, courage, and curiosity, just as Marc did every single day.

Join us in celebrating the Lizzi Egbers. Lizzi brings a sense of joy, curiosity, and grit to her work and life that we are in awe of. In 2025, Lizzi led creative on Siemens, Synchrony, and LEGO Botanicals. She also managed to create a cult following for her stunningly gorgeous beaded necklaces that most XDAers proudly like to wear and compare.

ONWARD TO ’26!

2025 flew by an instant. We had some highs, lows, and everything in between. We believe in reflection and celebration to give meaning and purpose to our work. 

We’re ready to tackle 2026 with clear hearts and minds, but first we’ll close up shop for a long winter’s nap.
